Trainer and Managing Partner at WillsWay Equestrian Center. Joyce has been teaching and training Dressage; Hunters and Natural Horsemanship for over 30 years to all levels of riders from beginner to advanced. Joyce trains the Foxlair Equestrians and has been one of the club’s coordinating leader for over 10 years. She has brought many of her students up through the levels and every year qualifies many of them for competition at the New York State Fair.
Managing Partner and the “go-to” person for the daily operations at WillsWay Equestrian Center. In her everyday life, Renee is an account manager, but in the horse community she is a coordinating leader of the Foxlair Equestrian 4-H club; vice-president of the 4-H horse leaders association, sits on the Ways & Means, Show and Fundraising 4-H committees, is a board member of the 4-H leaders association and sits on the board of the G&M Riding Club as well as their show committee.
Managing Partner at WillsWay Equestrian Center. As a registered nurse and Director of Nursing Emergency Medicine at St. John’s Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, Beth is the person who keeps our buildings and grounds in perfect operating order. Beth is an executive officer of Life’s Journey Equine Therapy Inc., a fully functioning equine therapy program operating out of WillsWay.
Partner at WillsWay Equestrian Center, Gretchen plays a key role in coordinating the farm’s events and clinics. Gretchen is the president and owner of Zierick Manufacturing Corp., a third generation family owned company providing complex interconnection solutions to a multitude of industries. Gretchen also sits on the board of the Orange County Dressage Association; the board of the Mt. Kisco Rotary Club; is the former chairperson of the Precision Metalforming Association and the current chair of Women in Manufacturing.
