Renee Turcott

Managing Partner and the “go-to” person for the daily operations at WillsWay Equestrian Center. In her everyday life, Renee is an Account Manager for Interstate Waste Services. Within the horse community she plays an active role as the coordinating leader of the Foxlair Equestrian 4-H club; is Vice-President of the 4-H Horse Leaders Association, sits on their Ways & Means, Show and Fundraising committees, is a board member of the G&M Riding Club and sits on their show committee as well.

Beth Brodeur

Managing Partner at WillsWay Equestrian Center, Beth is a registered nurse and Director of Nursing within the health profession. She is also the person responsible for keeping the buildings and grounds at WillsWay in perfect operating order. Beth is an executive officer of Life’s Journey Equine Therapy Inc., an equine therapy program whose mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals of all abilities.

Gretchen Zierick

Partner at WillsWay Equestrian Center, Gretchen plays a key role in coordinating the farm’s events and clinics. Gretchen is the president and owner of Zierick Manufacturing Corp., a third generation family owned company providing complex interconnection solutions to a multitude of industries. Gretchen also sits on the board of the Orange County Dressage Association; the board of the Mt. Kisco Rotary Club; is the former chairperson of the Precision Metalforming Association and the current chair of Women in Manufacturing.
