Head trainer, Carol Seaman USDF, USEF Silver Medalist and “L” Graduate has competed successfully thru Grand Prix Dressage and brings to WillsWay over 30 years experience in lessons, coaching and training of young riders and adult amateurs as well as successful horse sales to very happy owners. Carol’s students have successfully competed and received high recognition from Training Level through FEI at USEF, USDF and FEI sanctioned shows and championships. Carol beautifully choreographs and creates music design for Freestyles and her expertise goes a long way in helping riders understand the technical qualifications and rules involved with showing. Carol also has first-hand experience teaching Hunters and Equitation

Olivia Turcott
Olivia Turcott, WillsWay Equestrian Center’s barn manager and professional instructor, is a USEF / USDF Bronze (with Distinction) and Silver (with Distinction) Medalist and an accomplished FEI rider. Olivia brings to WillsWay a wealth of horsemanship knowledge and Dressage experience. Olivia has successfully shown in prestigious competitions that include Lamplight Festival of Champions, Dressage at Devon, US Dressage Finals and multiple Regional Championships. Over the years, Olivia has had the benefit of participating in clinics and training with masters in the industry and shares her learned knowledge of classical Dressage and love of horses with each of her students. Her expertise both in and out of the show arena lends itself to developing the proper riding techniques and training programs for both horse and rider.
Lilly Smith
Lilly, a PATH certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor, has been working with horses for more than 15 years. She grew up in 4-H and competed collegiately through IHSA at East Carolina University. Lilly finds passion teaching all aspects of horsemanship, both in and out of the ring and especially loves providing instruction to beginners of all ages and helping each one grow into a well-rounded equestrian. When Lilly isn’t teaching lessons, she is working with her OTTB, Cajun. Outside of the barn, Lilly works in the field of education and holds teaching certifications in Childhood Education and Special Education.
Jen Crane
WillsWay Equestrian Center welcomes Jen Crane to our talented team of instructors! As an “A” circuit hunter rider, eventer and hunter pacer, Jen brings years of expert riding to our arena. Her passion for horsemanship is what drives her and has made Jen the successful trainer that she is today. Coaching her students with positive encouragement, Jen especially enjoys bringing beginner and intermediate riders up the training levels. An important aspect of her teaching style is imparting her knowledge of equine care so riders can have a fundamentally successful start to their journey with horses. Jen is especially fortunate to have two children and a husband that all share her appreciation of horses.
